Master thesis project - Computing the Heat Transfer Coefficient of a gray cast iron brake disc

Volvo Cars Propulsion Components (RPVC  Floby - The main objective of this study is to calculate with sufficient accuracy the heat transfer coefficient using Computational Fluid Dynamics analysis. The outcome is used in Abaqus CAE for the transient thermal analysis of a brake disc subjected to repetitive braking conditions..
