Project courses (3-7 weeks)

Project courses within Sentio at Lund University offer students the opportunity to engage in a focused challenge related to sensor technologies and sustainable manufacturing over a shorter time span, typically 3–7 weeks.

These projects are smaller in both timeframe and scope than full Master’s thesis projects, but still count as formal academic courses with defined learning outcomes, supervision, and assessment. Students carry out these courses in collaboration with a university department and, when applicable, an industry partner.

If you’re a student interested in participating in a project course within Sentio, please contact Filip Lenrick. He will assist you in finding the right supervisor and course code.

If you’re a company interested in proposing or hosting a shorter student project, you are also encouraged to reach out to Filip Lenrick for guidance on how to get involved.

Typical project course work is carried out individually or in groups of up to five students.
