The CIRP Conference on High Performance Cutting brings together leading international experts from both industry and academia to present the latest advances and emerging trends in high-performance cutting. The conference was organised at The Arts et Métiers campus in Cluny Abbey with a sound reputation in several areas of expertise: high-speed machining, woodworking industry, digital modelling, and virtual imaging in the fields of materials, design, manufacturing processes, and production.
"The scientific programme was very interesting and the setting was fantastic. The ancient Benedictine monastery had been developed into an excellent conference and teaching facility perfect for hosting parallell sessions in a format that promoted the presentations as well as in-depth discussions of the results" says Maria Sandsten.
Sentio researchers had as many as eight papers accepted for the conference. We are very proud of all the presenters and you can access the publications here: Publications | Sentio Competence Centre
